Barcelona: a city that never finishes (literally)

So, Barcelona. A city where things move fast - except for the Sagrada Familia, which has been under construction since 1882. Gaudí probably didn’t expect his masterpiece to still be a work-in-progress, but hey, some things take time. A lot of time.

Of course, Barcelona isn’t just a football club with a city attached to it. Take a walk through the Gothic Quarter, where the streets twist and turn like they’re playing hide-and-seek with you. At some point, you’ll stumble into La Boqueria, a market so full of colors and smells that your stomach might start making its own travel plans. Grab something local. You won’t regret it - unless you try to pronounce it wrong.

At night, things get interesting. The Font Màgica puts on a water-and-light show that feels like Barcelona’s way of reminding you that fountains can be dramatic too. All this, set against Montjuïc hill, which has seen everything from castles to Olympic games.

Barcelona mixes old with new, fast with slow, and football with, well, everything. Just bring a good pair of shoes - you’ll need them.
